I-Learn Notifications Not Being Sent to Phone
One of the biggest benefits of I-Learn is its ability to send users text message notifications; however, there may be times when your phone isn’t receiving those messages. There are a few reasons why your phone may not receive I-Learn notifications. The issues and their solutions are listed below.
Using a Verizon Phone
At this time, I-Learn lacks the capability to send alerts and notifications directly to Verizon phone numbers. If Verizon is your cell phone carrier, go into your I-Learn account and create an email address for these notifications instead.
- From the I-Learn home page, click on your name in the upper-right-hand corner, and then choose “Notifications.”
- Under “Contact Methods,” then “Email Address,” click “Change your email settings.”
- Set your email address to “(your phone number)@vtext.com.
Provider treating notifications as spam
If you are using something other than Verizon as a cell phone provider, or if you have tried the above trick and are still not receiving notifications, contact your service provider for help. They can remove the block that is treating I-Learn notifications as spam.
