This article is meant to help you troubleshoot problems with push notifications on a Windows Phone. 

If you do not receive a push notification after successfully enrolling your device, try the following solutions: 


Refresh the Duo Mobile App 

Open the Duo Mobile app and pull down from the top of the screen. This should refresh the app’s connection to the network and pull any waiting notifications to your device. 


Check Your Internet Connection 

If your phone still hasn’t received the push notification, check your Wi-Fi connection. Try turning it off and on again. If you’re still having issues, turn Wi-Fi off and use your cellular data instead.
