Outlook 2010/2013 Instructions
- If Outlook has not been setup then click Outlook and then next, next, then follow below.
- If Outlook has already been setup then do the following:
- Click Start > Control Panel > Mail > Email Accounts > Add Account > Email Account, then follow below.
- If you have had problems with email setup an easy fix would be to delete the profile and create a new one. Be advised that it will delete your settings. An alternative would be to create another profile and try to follow these instructions.
The next step take a couple of minutes. Please be patient.
You will then see this screen.
Click "Use another account", change email to email@example.com (the same username you use to log into mybyui and iLearn except with the @byui.edu behind it), type in your password, click "Remember my credentials" and click "OK".
When the setup is complete the the next screen will look like this. Way to go. Success.
Then finish and open Outlook. If no success call the Helpdesk at 496-9000.
