General Information

The I-card is the official ID card for students, faculty and staff at Brigham Young University-Idaho. The I-card allows you to:

• Provide Identification
• Access certain campus events
• Check out library materials
• Gain admittance to athletic facilities
• Cash checks on campus
• Obtain campus event tickets
• Access the testing center
• Spend pre-deposited funds on campus
• Print in computer labs

How to use

Use it like a credit card in the following locations:

• Bookstore
• Ticket office.  These charges will be applied to your personal account and can be paid at the cashier's office. 

Use it like a debit card in the following locations:

• The Galley
• Nordic Landing
• Tomassito's
• Jolynn's Bakery
• Vending Machines
• The Copy Spot
• Ticket Office
• Computer Lab printing

In order to use the I-Card as a debit card, you must deposit money on your account for that purpose.

The I-Card is yours to use but remains the property of the University. The I-Card must be returned to the University upon request. Fraudulent use of any I-Card may result in disciplinary action. You are entitled to have in your possession only ONE I-Card.
