Employee Policy

• All full-time employees are entitled to an employee I-Card.
• A spouse and family members of a full-time employees are entitled to have an I-Card.
• Dependent children from 8 to 26 will be issued an I-Card free of charge. (Covered children who are still under the DMBA policy)
• Regular part-time employees are entitled to an I-Card. (spouse and dependent children are not eligible)
• Temporary part-time employees are not entitled to an I-Card.

Anyone seeking to obtain an I-Card must be in BYU-Idaho dress & grooming standards.

The I-Card is yours to use but remains the property of the University. The card validity continues only while you are employed at BYU-Idaho. It must be returned to the University upon request.
