I-Dollars

 

I-Dollars offers you the option of establishing a pre-deposited, declining balance account. You spend only the amount you have deposited. There are no transactions or service fees associated with I-Dollars.

 

We do not issue refunds from your I-Dollar account. You are encouraged to spend all the funds before leaving BYU-Idaho.

 

Depositing Funds

 

  • Deposits can be made via cash or check at any Food Service, Copy Spot POS terminals or at the I-Card Office.
  • Deposits can be made via cash, check, MasterCard (2% Fee) at the Cashiers Office located in the Kimball Student Services Building.
  • A deposit can be made via cash through the card systems value terminal (csvt) located in the McKay Library across from the Circulation Desk.  Deposits can also be made at the Circulation Desk..

 

Questions Regarding Your Account

 

Questions concerning your I-Card account should be directed to the One Card Office located in room 160A of the Manwaring Student Center. The One   Card Office can be reached by calling (208) 496-1143. 

 

 

The One Card Office can assist you in determining:

 
  • When deposits were made to the account.
  • When and where funds were used.
  • Balance on the account
