Leadership Trainings offered by Human Resources are geared towards three different groups of individuals; Deans and Department Chairs, Supervisors and Managers, and all other university employees (Employment Law Trainings). The purpose is to build leadership and interpersonal skills across campus. Leadership trainings topics range from “Leadership from a Gospel Perspective” to “Effective Supervision” and “Employment Law”.
