Definition:

  • Preparation: The word “preparation” implies the process of making or getting ready for any action or purpose.
  • SMART(Acronym): Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound
  • Center: The word “center” connotes a point from which things originate or emanate. (Oxford English Dictionary)
