The BYU-Idaho Customer Service Training Certification is designed to increase the quality of customer service across campus. The certification program takes approximately 12 hours to complete. Employees and students who complete this course will receive a certificate of completion.
1. Download (electronic or print copy) the GET CERTIFIED form.
2. Follow the instructions on the form to complete the training. The customer service principles are found on the Customer Service webpage.
3. After finishing the requirements found on the GET CERTIFIED form, email a copy of the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Each person who completes the GET CERTIFIED program will receive a certificate of completion (and can add this certification program to his/her resume).
