The BYU-Idaho Customer Service Training Certification is designed to increase the quality of customer service across campus. The certification program takes approximately 15 hours to complete. Students and employees who complete this course will receive a certificate of completion.
1. Download or print the "Customer Service Training Certification" form found here.
2. Complete the trainings:
A) Basic Principles of Customer Service and
B) Basic Principles of Telephone (and Email) Etiquette.
These trainings are found on the Customer Service webpage.
3. After finishing the requirements found on the certification form (including signatures and dates), make a copy of the completed form and forward it to the Human Resources Office.
