The BYU-Idaho Customer Service Training Certification is designed to increase the quality of customer service across campus. Students and employees who complete this course will receive a certificate of completion.

Applicants must complete the phone and email etiquette trainings as well as several of the basic principles of customer service trainings. These trainings are found on the customer service page under Basic Principles of Customer Service and Basic Principles of Telephone Etiquette.
In addition to the trainings the applicant must also present 2 principles of customer service to their department. Additional resources are provided for these presentations.
When the certification form has been completed (with all initals and signatures obtained) it must be returned to the Human Resources department (Kimball 226) for a certificate of completion.
