Campus Security Report:
In compliance with the Campus Security Act of 1990, BYU-Idaho provides information to prospective employees concerning campus crime statistics and campus security policies and procedures. This information is contained in the BYU-Idaho Annual Security Report. The report also provides information for accessing university and community resources for crime prevention or assistance if you become the victim of a crime. Biennial Drug and Alcohol Report:
The Dean of Students is designated by BYU-Idaho as its Title IX Coordinator and has the responsibility to coordinate BYU-Idaho's efforts to comply with Title IX and its implementing regulations, including any investigation of complaints communicated to BYU-Idaho alleging either non-compliance with or actions prohibited by Title IX regulations.
