Students who currently hold a contract with on-campus housing will be given preference over new students up until the priority date. After the priority date, the semester is open to all eligible students.
Students can cancel their on-campus housing contract up to 61 days prior to the contract occupancy start date with a $50 cancellation fee. The cancellation date listed on our website is the last day a student can cancel their contract.
