Townhouse: Our townhouse is two floors with the kitchen, living room, laundry room hook-ups, and a half-bathroom on the bottom floor with the bedrooms and a full bathroom, linen closet, and storage closet on the second floor. The townhouse has 770 square feet
Flat: Our flat is our apartment with the living room, kitchen, dining area, storage room, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom; all on one level. The flat has 730 square feet.
