How Does Our Contracting Work?
Because University Village contracts correspond with BYU-Idaho academic semesters and breaks, we operate on a semester waiting list process. Once we know which of our current tenants are moving out at the end of the current semester, we contact (via e-mail) those on the waiting list and fill the open spots on a first come, first serve basis to move in at the beginning of the next semester.
Joining the Waiting List
Please call the Housing & Student Living Office at 208-496-9220 to join the waiting list. Please have a Visa or Mastercard ready to pay the $25 application fee.
Looking to move in mid-semester?
Apartments are occasionally available mid-semester when tenants, for one reason or another are looking to move out sooner. These contracts are typically posted by the individual selling the contract on the Bulletin Board or Craig's list
