Students that have been admitted to BYU-Idaho and have received a track assignment are eligible to live in approved housing. It is not required for both husband and wife to be students; only one tenant is required to be a student to hold a contract. Single students over the age of 30 or single parents are welcome to live at University Village (please review the occupancy guidelines for more information).
Student-families may also live in University Village during their off-track. Academic Suspensions and Honor Code Suspensions will apply to their student eligibility as a tenant. Graduated students are not eligible to remain at University Village after their admission status has changed.
