While many freshman choose to live on-campus because of its close proximity to the rest of campus and the university support, it is not required that freshman live on-campus. As the University continues to grow, the number of new students each semester exceeds on-campus housing capacity.
The only requirement is that single students live in Approved Housing. All Approved Housing units, on-campus and off-campus, are held to the same university standards.
