Idaho State Law requires that deposits are to be refunded within 30 days after the tenant checks out (with the manger) from his or her apartment. If a tenant has not received his or her deposit, the tenant is advised to contact the manager concerning the issue. Contact should be made both through email and phone. If the deposit is not returned within three days, or within a reasonable amount of time after the manager has been contacted, the student should contact the Housing & Student Living Office for further assistance.
If a student is placed on an on-campus waiting list and does not receive a contract for the requested semester, and has no future contracts with on-campus housing, the entire deposit will be refunded to the student's account within 30 days after the commencement of the selected semester.
