All single students under the age of 30 must live in approved housing unless they live at home with their parents. Students who wish to live with a relative must submit a request for an exception and receive approval from the BYU-Idaho Housing & Student Living Exceptions Committee. All off-track students who remain in Rexburg area must also live in approved housing.
In order to qualify to live in on-campus student-family housing at University Village, the contract holder must be a student accepted to a track (matriculating student). Student-family refers to a number of family situations including (but not necessarily limited to) being married without children, divorced, widowed or single students above the age of 30.
