Maintenance Manager (Part-Time 20 hours weekly)

Description:

Complete maintenance for an Apartment Complex near BYUI.  Complete work orders as requested including light maintenance and construction.  Replace fixtures, fix broken items, appliance repair, some janitorial work, painting, maintain landscaping, complete checklists, compile maintenance reports and maintain appearance of entire property.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of maintenance

Basic knowledge of appliances

Mechanically minded

Well kept

Organized

Able to work independently

Able to complete tasks in a timely fashion

Light Construction

Able to lift 50 lbs and be on feet all day
