What are the occupancy guidelines at University Village?

Revised:  January 01, 2011

Note: The University Village apartment contract-holder must be a matriculating student (in other words, assigned to a track and in good standing with the university). Loss of student status (including graduation) disqualifies tenants from living in University Village.

This is probably also a good place to mention that no pets (including therapy animals with a perscription) are allowed at University Village.

If you have any questions, contact the University Village managers for more information.

•	2-bedroom apartments: 2 occupants (ages 12 and older) and 2 occupants (ages 11 and younger) or 1 occupant (age 12 and older) and 3 occupants (ages 11 and younger)
•	3 -bedroom apartments: 2 occupants (ages 12 and older) and 4 occupants (ages 11 and younger) or 1 occupant (age 12 and older) and 5 occupants (ages 11 and younger)
