University Village Occupancy Guidelines:

 

  • 2 bedroom apartments: 2 occupants (ages 12 and older) and 2 occupants (ages 11 and younger) or 1 occupant (age 12 and older) and 3 occupants (ages 11 and younger).
  • 3 bedroom apartments: 2 occupants (ages 12 and older) and 4 occupants (ages 11 and younger) or 1 occupant (age 12 and older) and 5 occupants (ages 11 and younger).
