Lamprecht Hall

Helen Lamprecht Hall (dorm 5), is located on the east side of campus, right across the street from the Radio Station, situated between Edna Ricks Hall and Verla J. Chapman Hall. See map #21.
A large courtyard provides secure exterior entrances into each resident apartment.
Each two-bedroom apartment is shared by four women. Lofted beds provide desk and floor space for each student. Two internet access ports provided in each bedroom.

Helen Lamprecht Hall has a main lounge with a TV/VCR/DVD, and comfortable chairs and couches for social gatherings. There is plenty of space as well in the upper lounge equipped with a kitchenette, TV/VCR/DVD and Ping Pong table.
Each apartment has a bright-white kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, and a telephone with free local calls. Also included is free cable for each apartment in Lamprecht Hall. There is also a coin-operated laundry room with Maytag washers and dryers.

  • Twin XL bed 61" off the ground.  Bed rail available upon request.
  • Mattress cover for each bed.
  • High efficiency closets - short and long hanging space and dresser drawers for each person. Includes a place to apply makeup and style hair with electrical outlets and mirrors.

  • Shelves in each bedroom.
  • Marker board in living room.
  • Ironing board and cover.
  • Kitchen table and four chairs.
  • Microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and pantry in the kitchen.
  • Two loveseats and two upholstered chairs in the living room.
  • Vacuum, broom, dustpan, mirror, shower curtain, toilet brush, and plunger.
  • Coin-op laundry facilities.
  • Cable TV connection in each apartment living room (TV not provided).

Perkins, Kerr, Barnes, and Ricks Halls

The women's, cooking-style apartments are located on the east side of campus. These halls are numbered 1-5 and are named Virginia H. Perkins Hall, Annie S. Kerr Hall, Sarah Ann Barnes Hall, Edna Ricks Hall and Helen Lamprecht Hall respectively. See map #13, #14, #15, #22 & #21.

A large courtyard provides secure exterior entrances into each resident apartment.

Each two-bedroom apartment is shared by four women. Lofted beds are provided along with large desks and dressers for each student. Wireless internet access is provided.

Each building has a main lounge with a TV/VCR/DVD, snack and beverage machines, and plenty of comfortable chairs and couches for social gatherings.

Chapman Hall

Verla J. Chapman Hall (dorm 6), the only women's, non-cooking style apartment, is located on the east side of campus, right across the parking lot from the student center.  See map #20. A large courtyard provides secure exterior entrances into each resident apartment. Each three bedroom apartment is shared by six women.  Lofted beds provide desk and floor space for each student. Wireless internet access is provided.

Each building has a main lounge with a TV/VCR, snack and beverage machines, and plenty of comfortable chairs and couches for social gatherings. There is also a coin-operated laundry room with Maytag washers and dryers. These high-efficiency closets have three large drawers, two small drawers, one metal drawer for use with curling irons, one mirror, and a closet with plenty of hanging room and shelf space for shoes per person.
