There are two occupants per room. Each room has two beds, two high-efficiency closets, two desks, a microwave, and a microfridge®. Some private rooms are also available. Showers and restrooms are located on each floor, and are cleaned daily. |
| Laundry Facilities |
 There is coin-operated laundry room in the basement with Maytag washers and dryers. |
| Lounge |
 The main lounge is located on the first floor. Features available to occupants include a big screen TV with surround-sound, VCR, DVD, pool table, ping pong, foosball, air-hockey, and an upright piano. |
| Basketball Court |
 A basketball court is conveniently located next to Biddulph Hall. |
