This annual travel study program is a rendezvous with the American past and its people. Students study on site where American history was made and where LDS church history and doctrine may be felt and testimonies strengthened. They come to appreciate as never before the Restoration and Mormon heritage in the context of American events, culture and ideas.
The 2013 tour will begin on August 1 at the BYUI campus, leave for the East Coast on August 8th and return on August 27th. See the information packet/application (available at the link below) for a tentative itinerary.

Participants must be accepted to BYU-Idaho and in good standing. Students on any track may apply for the tour.

We reserve the right to cancel the tour if deemed necessary for circumstances beyond our control such as strikes, walk-outs, riots, wars, acts of God, etc. In such case, the Mormon American Travel Studies program or its agents have no responsibility beyond refunding all deposits and moneys paid. Such refunds will be made within 30 days.
