Treo 650 Data Plan Email Synchronization Setup
1. Press home button on your keyboard category to All. Look for a program called VersaMail and click on it with your stylus or finger.
2. Press Versamail in the upper left corner, then press the Accounts menu. Now press Account Setup.
3. In Account Setup, enter BYUI for Account Name. Click the pull down menu next to Mail Server and select Exchange Active Sync. Click Next.
5. Under Username, enter your NetID, which is the same name you use to logon to your computer, followed with @byui.edu.
e.g. If you netID where smithp, you would enter smithp@byui.edu in the Username field.
Under Password, enter your campus password, then click Next.
6. Enter your email address and mail.byui.edu under Mail Server. Click Next.
7. Click Advanced and set the Port Number to 443 and make sure there is a checkmark next to Use Secure Connection (SSL). Click Next then Done. Click Yes to continue. You are now setup to access your email.
