The computer Help Desk is located on the basement of the David O. McKay Library on the BYU-Idaho campus
(10 MCK).

The walkway to the Help Desk is in between the two wings of the Library with outside access only. Elevator access is provided near the periodicals section on the first floor, however, this access is for the disabled only. Ask for key at the library front desk.
