(Mailbox Full) - Clean Your Email
When your inbox is over its size limit, you will need to delete emails that take up a lot of space in your 15MB allotted email account. The following will help you determine which items are causing size limit problems and how to resolve it.
- Find the emails that are large. To view the size of emails, set the view of the folder to Messages.
- Click on the drop down arrow and choose Off to remove the message pane.
- Identify your large emails by sorting them from largest to smallest.
Click the Size heading until the arrow next to it points down, then click the
icon on the upper right blue bar. Any emails that have an MB are the larger ones. In the screenshot below, the largest email is 4MB.
- Often the larger emails will have attachments. If you need to keep the attachment(s), open the email and right click on the attachment. A menu will appear which will allow you to save the attachment.
- Delete the email by clicking on it once to highlight it in blue, then click the black X icon. Repeat this for all emails you want to delete.

- All deleted emails are stored in the Deleted Items folder. Empty your Deleted Items by clicking on Deleted Items then the Empty Deleted Items icon.

- This process will need to be repeated for each folder, including Drafts and Sent Items (which keeps a copy of all emails and attachments you send).
- Be sure to empty the Deleted Items one more time to complete the cleaning process.
