Syncing your Ical with Entourage

To sync your Icals with Entourage you will want to open Entourage and click on "Entourage" then in that sub-menu select "Preferences..."

Once you have doe this you will then select the "Sync Services" in the left pane and then you will see three options in the main window. In this main window you will click the check box and then select your appropriate calendar you have you want to sync with entourage. Then you will click ok to finish.

After this is done you can take a test calendar i used this one below to sync up with it.

Once you have selected a calendar to import (if you want to) you will then select which calendar you want to put it in, and then finish with hitting ok

This will move this calendar into entourage as well as onto your calendar online where your email is hosted. Also if you ever view you calendar in another place using another program such as Outlook 2007, these calendar options from your ical will be seen here as well.
