Entourage e-mail backup steps

 

STEP 1:

Open Entourage. Open views to your "BYUI Email" and "On My Computer."


Get everything open to move



STEP 2:

Highlight and drag selected folders to the Inbox located under "On My Computer." Your e-mails will move down, and you will now have access to them on your computer by just opening the Inbox under "On My Computer."

 

Click and Drag it down


 

Your Finished your mail should have moved!
