Q: Where can I get information and assistance for online learning courses?
A: Online learning courses along with access to online information used in many
other classes are managed through Blackboard which has its own

Activities
Q: What activities are available through the campus?
A: The Activities Program offers students an array of activities that are available year
round in four areas: Arts, Enrichment, Physical, and Social. Students are
encouraged to “act rather than be acted upon” as they choose their own level of
participation. For more information on the philosophy and the specifics of the

Calendar System
Q: How does the Three Track System work?
A: By using a year-round calendar, more students are able to attend. Students are
admitted to one of three tracks. Each track is composed of two semesters:
Summer/Fall, Fall/Winter, or Winter/Summer. For more information on the Three

A: The administration has four vice presidents who oversee the areas of academics,

A: BYU–Idaho is located on a 255-acre campus in Rexburg, Idaho. The college is
within a two-hour drive of some of the most beautiful and popular vacation spots in
the USA. Nearby are Jackson Hole, Yellowstone Park, Sun Valley, Targhee National
Forest, and Craters of the Moon.
