In Outlook, select Tools, then Rules Wizard. Click on New to create a new rule.
Specify Check messages when they arrive. Click Next.

For the next screen, do not click on any condition. Click Next.

Outlook Rules Wizard will prompt you if you wish to apply the rule on every messages (as indicated below), click on Yes.

In the next screen, check the forward it to people or distribution list option. Then click on the words people or distribution list.

This is where you specify the forwarding address. Click on one of the names and addresses listed and click To. If the address you want is not listed, click the New Contact button and enter a new contact. When finished click OK.

The following screen is what you should see--a rule to redirect the mail to another mailbox. If you desire, click the delete it box as well. This will prevent copies of your e-mails from cluttering up your mailbox. Click on Next.

Add any exceptions to this rule on the next screen. Click Next.
This is the final screen in the setup. Give a name for the rule that you have created. Click on Finish.
