 Our outlook web access has the capability to block unwanted emails from known sources. To do this you:

1. Go to your email
2. Click on the options menu in the top right corner and select "more options...".
3. Choose to not allow Outlook Live to filter your Junk Mail (BYU-Idaho will still filter spam using a powerful Spam Engine called ProofPoint). Save your settings.
4. This can also be used to block emails from a specific source or make sure that Outlook doesn't mark emails from someone you know as spam.
