Family planning and counseling is a highly individualized decision, and husbands and wives should learn about their options and counsel together about their decision. Schedule an appointment at the student health center where a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician’s assistant would be happy to discuss your options and answer your questions in a private environment. You are welcome to request a female or a male provider when you make your appointment. The student health center offers a premarital physical exam and education to students who will soon be married.
