Schedule two appointments at the Student Health Center by calling 208-496-9330:
- Immunizations Nurse and Lab (you must bring your immunization records)
- Review of immunization records
- TB test (return 48-72 hours for results)
- Blood work
- Bring the following:
- Current Immigration papers
- Current Immunization records
- INS Physical Checklist
- Physician appointment (one week later)
