It takes 30 minutes to win it during the month of June! For every 30 minutes you exercise in June, write your name on a slip and put it in the drawing box in the conference room. All cardio, strength, or flexibility exercises, fitness classes, and sports count!
REMEMBER - ADULTS NEED AT LEAST 150 MINUTES (2 1/2 HOURS) OF MODERATE-INTENSITY AEROBIC ACTIVITY EVERY WEEK & MUSCLE STRENGTHENING ACTIVITIES ON TWO OR MORE DAYS OF THE WEEK.
