Hydration is a key component of nutrition. Water is necessary for our bodies to function and also affects our mood and productivity. Although the water needs of each individual is unique, general guidelines suggest that we consume at least 8 8-ounce glasses of water each day.
This month, track each glass of water you drink during the day by crossing out a cup on the calendar. For each day that you drink the recommended amount (or more) of water, your name will be entered into a drawing. At the end of the month, we will draw a name for a prize!
