Improve your nutrition this summer by incorporating small changes into your daily diet!! For each day of the semester, choose a small goal to complete. You may complete these goals in any order, as long as it is in the correct month. There are two opportunities for you to make/meet your own goals each month as well as three bonus point opportunities. At the end of the semester, the employee with the most points will be awarded! Your final total of points should be sent to the Wellness Coordinator (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Wednesday, July 17th.
