Field Information

How to schedule a Field:

1. Click here for names of the fields and their locations (include this in your request)
2. Check the availability of the field for a certain date and time click here (choose fields and date)
3. Call or email Euleza Hymas for your request Phone: 496-2103 Email: hymase@byui.edu
  • Intent of activity must be explained in request to provide the best location. Some activities are not allowed on all fields.

 

General Field Rules

All fields are closed on Sunday

  • One week prior to event, clearance must be obtained before driving any spikes or stakes into the ground (Please contact Jeff Wynn at 313-7852)
  • No vehicles on any fields or track without permission from grounds supervisor (Call ext.2421 for details)
  • Repair of field damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the using department
  • The Honor Code and Dress and Grooming standards apply on the fields
  • All Organizations must schedule the field
  • Observe posted closed signs on fields
  • Observe parking signs around fields
  • All requests are subject to approval
  • No animals on the fields
  • No Golfing

Rules for Grass Fields

Rules for Synthetic Fields
  • No fires on the fields without permission from grounds supervisor
  • No free-play on the baseball diamond
  • No free-play on wet fields or soft fields

 

 

  • No unauthorized or vehicles allowed on track or Field
  • No flammable materials allowed
  • No food, seeds (sunflower or pumpkin) or gum allowed
  • No drink or colored drinks allowed (water only)
  • No metal cleats
  • No animals or golfing allowed
