This course will focus on art works that imaginatively explore the "quest myth." Students
will learn about the archetypal structure of the quest and its heroic and spiritual dimensions.
Participants will encounter the quest myth through various cultural expressions
including visual, performing, and literary arts. Emphasizes the development of educated
aesthetic judgments.
