What is Enterprise CarShare?

It's a car sharing program, formerly known as WeCar. It provides the flexibility of driving a car without the hassle of owning a car. Once you become a member, you make a reservation online, pick up your car, and you're off!

BYU-Idaho, in cooperation with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, has brought Enterprise CarShare to BYU-Idaho's campus. There are five cars on campus and one at the IVY apartments to choose from. All cars are available for member use.

•    BYU-I Center Parking Lot (2 locations)
• •    Manwaring Visitor Parking Lot
•    The IVY Apartments
•    Hinckley Parking lot

What does it cost to become a member?

• Application fee: $25 (waived for BYU-Idaho)
• Member fee: $35 (automatically converted to driving credits)
• 2 rate plans available:

  Plan	Cost/Hour	Cost/Mile
  Standard Plan	$7.50-$8/hr.	200 miles/day
  Basic Plan	$3.75-$4.75/hr.	$.25/mile

  • BYU-I members can sign up to receive both rates
• All rates include gas and basic insurance
