General Questions

I'm a former student. How do I make a payment on my account?

Former students can make payments the same way current students do. Click here to go to your personal account. Use your credentials to log in. Click the button on the right hand side of the page titled "Make Online Payment". In the Your Account section of the page click the link "click here to pre-pay balances or pay for additional items." Follow the instructions to make a payment.

Instruction on setting up Title IV Authorization

Click here to go to your personal account. Click on the link near the top of the page titled "Title IV Authorization". Read and answer the questions and click submit.

Instructions on setting up eRefund

Click here to go to your personal account. Click on the link near the top of the page titled "eRefund enrollment". In the section titled eRefund click the link "click here to enroll in eRefund". Click the button "Yes, I want refunds deposited directly into my bank account". Enter your bank account information, including account and routing number and then click "Continue" at the bottom of the page.

When is the payment deadline (tuition and healthcare)

The payment deadline is the first day of classes.

If I get a late fee, can I have it removed?

The late fee can only be removed if there is a special circumstance.

If you had your FAFSA paperwork done before the deadline there is a possibility the late fee would be waived.

How do I use my I-card?

You can put Dining Dollars on as a decling balance by clicking here.

You can put money on your card as a decling balance for copies, printing, and vending machines by clicking here.

To get your payroll from the cashiers office you will also need your card.

Do you have a payment plan?

As of right now we do not have a payment plan. However, we do require that students pay 10% of their owed balances every 30 days.

How do I transfer my FA money to my bank account?

Following the instructions above you can pay with e-check or a credit card (2.75% service charge).

Do I have to have BYU-Idaho Health Insurance?

If you are covered in the Rexburg area with another Health insurance plan you may waive the University's coverage (we do not accept medicaid).

Why am I charged for health insurance on my off track?

It is the policy of the University to have you covered all year. As long as you are a student you must be covered with either the University's coverage or other qualifying coverage. To find out which coverage qualifies, contact the Health Center at 208-496-9330.
