It is not required to be filed with your federal or state tax return. This form is for use in assisting with filing for the American Opportunity Credit or Lifetime Learning Credit or an itemized deduction for tuition/fees. We do not provide tax assistance or services. The Form 1098-T is now available online. To receive your Form 1098-T in an online version only (no mailed copy), Federal Regulations require you to 'opt in' to receive it electronically. To receive an online copy (which you may print for your records), click here.
