To complete the application process, please do each of the following:
1. Attach an unofficial transcript to this application.
2. Provide the names and titles of two individuals whom you have asked to submit a letter of recommendation. These letters should be sent separately by those making the recommendations. At least one recommendation must be from a college-level English teacher. Recommendations by e-mail should be sent to clarkj@byui.edu. Recommendations by regular mail should be addressed to:

3. Attach a current, updated résumé.
4. Attach a one-page personal letter of intent detailing academic interests and goals.
