About the School
Burton Elementary is the home of the Madison School District’s Preschool, which serves children ages 3-5 who have a disability. The focus of the curriculum is on the developmental areas of Cognitive Skills (including pre-academic and academic skills), Communication Skills, Personal/Social Skills, Adaptive Skills and Motor Skills. The district has five preschool classrooms. Two classrooms are located at Burton Elementary and the other three are on the campus of Brigham Young University-Idaho.
