Immediate supervisors or fellow employees may nominate individuals to receive the exemplary employee awards by completing and submitting the exemplary employee nomination form (click here for Word file) to the Employee Advisory Council Chairman. (Please note that previous recipients are not eligible. To see a list of previous recipients of this award click here.)
The Employee Advisory Council will meet to consider the nominations and make recommendations to the President's Council of employees to be honored. The President's Council will review the nominations and consider the recommendations of the Employee Advisory Council and make a final determination of those who will be honored.
The President will send a letter to the employees inviting them and their partner to a devotional luncheon and devotional where the employee will receive a plaque and a cash award in recognition of their service to the university and the community.
