With over 20 years of experience in the home building industry, Paul is a rounded leader for the industry. With a degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. Paul has gained valuable experience in the home building environment. This experience includes 5 years at David Weekley Homes in Houston TX excelling in the positions of purchasing, construction, and as a corporate trainer. Paul gained additional experience with Cooper Communities, a developer of large scale retirement communities, where he was the Director of Total Quality Management and Director of Construction for five markets. He joined SMA Consulting as a Senior Associate and partner for two years until he accepted a position as the VP of Operations for Moser Builders located in Berwyn, PA. He returned to Eastern Idaho assisting three home builders in improving their operations before starting his own building company and quick retail business.
