14-day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return a phone for any reason within 14 days of ordering for a full refund of the price of the device. For new lines only, any service charges will also be refunded. The device must be in like-new condition, free from physical damage, and include all materials and accessories received with the device. A Sprint Department representative will order a return kit to be sent to BYUI or to your home. If you return your phone at the BYUI Sprint store, the Sprint Department will ensure the device is returned. If the kit is sent to your home, you will be responsible to keep the tracking number to verify the device was received by Sprint. You will receive your refund after the device is returned and has been inspected by Sprint. This process can take 3-4 weeks to complete.

 

There is a $35 restocking fee on all returns unless the device is defective upon arrival.

 

Warranty Returns

Devices purchased through the Sprint Department are covered by warranty for any manufacturer defects in the device. The coverage is limited to one year from date of purchase. Damage from drops, water, etc. are not covered by warranty. Replacement devices are refurbished/like-new phones that are the same or equivalent model as your current phone.  

Apple prefers to assist their users directly. Please contact Apple if you are having issues with your device that should be covered by warranty @ 1-800-MYAPPLE.  

Android and basic phones with warranty issues need to be returned through the Sprint Department. A return kit and replacement device will be ordered and sent to the Sprint Department or your home. If you return your phone at the BYUI Sprint store, the Sprint Department will ensure the device is returned.
