Summer Session 2009 Classes 

Summer Session: Main Information

5/29/2009: For internal reason, BYU-Idaho will no longer offer FDCOM 201 after Spring Semester 2009.  This course will be replaced at a later date with a Foundations Advanced Writing requirement.

 

PLEASE NOTE: New housing policy dictates that students who want to live in BYU-Idaho approved houseing during Summer Session but have not yet attended a semester at BYU-Idaho must complete and fax in an Exception to Policy form.  

  

Summer Session

Summer Session is for students seeking to begin college, return to college, or for current students wanting to pick up a few credits during their summer break.  Please use the link at right to view a list of classes offered.

 

When is Summer Session Offered? 

Summer Session 2009 will begin July 27th, and run through September 4th.  

 

Participation Requirements

Participants must be 19 years old or a high school graduate. 

 

NOTE: As soon as students complete their Junior year of High School, they may apply to take BYU-Idaho online and campus courses through the Admissions Office Concurrent Enrollment program.  Please contact the Admissions Office for more information at 208-496-1036.

 

Cost Information

All Summer Session classes offered through the Division of Continuing Education will be $132 per credit hour (LDS), and $264 per credit hour (other).

 

Registration Information

  • Enrollment in CE credit classes requires you submit a

     CE application prior to enrolling.**

  • All parts must be received two weeks prior to first day of classes for the semester in which you wish to enroll.
  • Application and Part 3 may be faxed to 208-496-1220.

 

(**Current BYU-Idaho students, newly admitted BYU-Idaho students who have not begun their track, and community students who previously filled out an application and attended Spring Semester 2009, do not need to submit this application.)
