Quest: Main Information
Quest registration is open
What Is Quest?
If you enjoy outdoor activities such as backpacking, white water rafting, canoeing and hiking, being a part of a group, and are serious about education, Quest may be the program for you.
Quest is an academic adventure! It provides a select group of students a semester of experiential education, and this hands-on approach to education helps them apply relevance to course material and enhances the learning experience.
The learning community format -- a small group of students taking the same classes together -- encourages collaboration, cooperation, and ensures a support group
When does Quest take place?
Outdoor adventure, extracurricular and class related, awaits Quest participants! Students spend half a semester on the BYU-Idaho campus and the other half at Badger Creek Outdoor Learning Center at the base of the Teton Mountains.
