Nursing Classes Online: Registration Information

Which BSN courses are offered online?

All BSN classes are offered online through Continuing Education at BYU-Idaho. Each course contains three sections for differing registration needs as follows:

Section  Class format Eligible Students
1 On-campus Both traditional and non-traditional on-campus students
701 Online Only online students who do not need direct physical access to the university campus or are considered to be "off-campus"
930 Online Both traditional and non-traditional on-campus students; or non-traditional students who need access to the campus.

Please return to the on-campus registration page if you need to register for section 1.

How do I know which online section to register for?

All BSN students are eligible to enroll in an online section of all BSN classes. Knowing which online section to register for depends on your admission status with the university. Section 701 is most likely the section for you if the following applies:

  1. Applied to the university as a non-traditional student,
  2. Have not already earned a bachelor's degree and
  3. Have not recently completed an on-campus section (1) of a BSN course.
